Olga

Olga -

Olga Erteszek came to the U.S. with her husband as war refugees from Poland in 1939. She began a business making lace garter belts with a sewing machine she rented, stationed on her kitchen table using skills she had learned from her corsetiere mother.

Olga started her lingerie company in 1950, and girdles were it's base product, however Olga began pruducing a full line of intimates, including their highly sought after nightgowns and robes. The Olga company has thrived on their product having a good, comfortable fit, regardless of the wearers body type.

The Olga company was bought out by Warnaco in 1984. Warnaco also now owns Van Raalte lingerie.

I have my Olga image bank in no particular at the time.
